What payment methods are accepted?

Can I request edits to the document after payment?
Once payment is processed, your document is finalized and sent to your email. Request can be made to edit after purchase. If changes are needed, a new document will be generated and sent to you.
Is there a subscription fee?
No, LoneStar NTP operates on a pay-per-document basis. There are no subscription fees for Standard Plan.
How long is the document stored?
Documents are stored for 12 months, allowing free re-download during this period. After 12 months, documents are securely deleted.
What happens if I need help?

How often is the district database updated?
Our district database is reviewed and updated annually. If the last update is prior to the current TCEQ reporting period it is manually confirmed to reflect the latest information on Texas MUDs and PIDs.
Can I use this service for properties outside Texas?
Currently, LoneStar NTP is designed specifically for Texas properties within MUDs and PIDs. We do not support properties outside Texas at this time.
